The Faster EFT session I recently had with Elena helped me to discover and work through an important, unconscious pattern of behavior that I had learned growing up and that has been adversely affecting my relationships ever since. This is an aspect of my character that I’d never got to grips with in any of the various therapies I’d worked with. Not bad for an hour and a half’s work.

Elena worked with me in a very effective, conscientious, and insightful way, and I thank her for that.
