Many of us use up a lot of our energy worrying about what other people think of us, be it in the realm of of how we dress, what we say or how we act. The most important thing to remember is that if we didn’t feel those fears inside of us we would not see it in others. In reality it is often only in our own mind (because they are probably in their mind probabl worrying about what you are thinking of them). Watch as I work with Jacintha on this issue. Because there are many better things that we candy with that lost energy.
