We all carry around beliefs from childhood. Things that we were told over and over until they\ became a belief. Some of those beliefs serve us well. Others harm us. If we look at what we see in our lives we can only guess what beliefs we hold. Many of my chronically ill clients believe they need to hold onto their illness in order to show their parents/family/early age caregivers, what they did. But in essence its my clients who are ill and who end up suffering, and wasting their lives on a futile quest. When I ask them is tat belief serving them, they almost all come to the conclusion that it does not serve them. So why not take a look at your own life. See what does or doesn’t serve you and released change the ones that dont.
